Becca Baugh

Becca is a Portland State University graduate who has over 5 years of experience driving financial and operational success and over 10 years of customer service. Before working with TAO, she was a manager of dental practices to help them grow their clientele, culture, and profitability.

Becca has always been involved in theater since a young age and graduated with a focus in theater performance. She uses her theatrical skills and experience to drive her professional career and ideology. Improvisation, organization, flexibility, confidence, and empathy are all tools she uses to lead and direct her teams and herself.

If you can’t find her, you may be able to hear her as she studies to become a classically trained vocalist. When not practicing her aria, Becca loves to act, bake, and curl up to read with her kitties, Meeko and Bolin.
