Ashley Kmiecik

Ashley brings 12 years of non-profit experience and is a self-motivated, results-driven leader in the industry.  Most recently, she drove the National Association of Educational Procurement sponsorship efforts. She is passionate about connecting people and fostering meaningful relationships with clients.  She is thrilled to be a part of the TAO team and ready to produce exceptional events!

Ashley is also a former Professional USA Rugby player representing her country at the 2010 World Cup.  Her “teamwork” mentality brings strategy, confidence, and collaboration to her role as the Director of Sponsorship.

On the weekends, you can find her hiking and exploring Oregon with her dog Ruby or trying to eat her way through every pizza place in the Portland area.  Ashley graduated from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) with a degree in Communications.
