The Account Manager provides exceptional client service for agency accounts, oversees day-to-day management of client relationships, and leads marketing campaign planning, execution and analysis. This individual is an important communicator between internal and external teams, ensuring successful implementation of customized marketing solutions. This role is primarily focused on B2B technology accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives to help clients achieve their business goals.

Build and maintain successful relationships with key agency clients, understanding their business objectives, audiences, industry.

Provide end-to-end project oversight for full-funnel, integrated communications touchpoints, including but not limited to email, web, social, paid media, promotions, collateral, events.

Manage multi-deliverable and complex projects and fluid timelines with competing priorities.

Collaborate with project managers and internal teams on project planning and tracking, creative development, campaign implementation and performance analysis.

Lead client-facing meetings and engagements; create agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes.  

Identify deliverables, scope projects, establish and track budgets, handle account financials.

Content direction, editing, refinement to ensure consistent messaging and application of brand across communications.

Identify and monitor key performance indicators based on campaign objectives; facilitate reporting of campaign results and advise on optimizations.

Remain current in the latest marketing trends and provide strategic recommendations based on new research and findings.

Keep firm commitment to quality control and exceeding expectations across all facets of client and project management.

Qualifications:

4-year Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field.

3+ years of proven account or project management experience in marketing/advertising/creative agency environment.  

Polished communications skills as well as comfort in leading conversations with client stakeholders.  

High aptitude for problem-solving, including the ability to create, streamline, and troubleshoot issues; offer solutions, and new efficient processes.

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Knowledge, Skills + Abilities:

Keen interest in B2B technology marketing.  

Experience with lead gen and marketing automation strongly valued.

Strong leadership skills and highly creative aptitude.

Ability to challenge status quo conceptual and stylistic approach when translating creative brief to final visual deliverables.

Ability to confidently explain in detail, answer questions, and present concepts, designs, and objectives to clients.

Willingness to model behaviors and values of agency culture and to lead by example.
