Better Business Bureau Northwest + Pacific

BBB NW+P is the largest Better Business Bureau in the country. BBB is a non-profit organization that aims to enhance marketplace trust by encouraging transparency between consumers and business owners. We do this a variety of ways, such as creating business profiles with ratings, complaints and reviews vetted by our staff. We are active in consumer protection: we alert the public to scams and fraud by working with local media. Finally, BBB exists to help small business owners grow their business by providing educational resources, hosting/sponsoring local events, coordinating speakers and providing branding/marketing opportunities within their region.
