Oregon Tech Awards 2025 Honors Top Innovators in State’s Thriving Tech Ecosystem

The Technology Association of Oregon Announces the Winners of the 41st Annual Oregon Tech Awards
PORTLAND, OR, May 12, 2025 — The Oregon technology community gathered at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) on May 5 to celebrate excellence and innovation at the 2025 Oregon Technology Awards. Hosted by the Technology Association of Oregon (TAO), the yearly event recognizes leading companies and individuals in academia driving technological advancement and economic growth across the region.
Now in its 41st year, the Oregon Tech Awards continues to spotlight organizations that demonstrate excellence in innovation, leadership, and impact. With more than 250 attendees present, the event recognized 23 outstanding finalists and honored 8 companies with top awards across multiple categories.

- Accelerate Award: Eclypsium
- Growth Award: Vernier Science Education
- Momentum Award: Hydrolix
- Enterprise Award: Exterro
- Most Disruptive Award: ZincFive
In addition to recognizing company excellence, the Oregon Tech Awards celebrated the future of the industry in partnership with Techstart, honoring outstanding educators and students shaping the next generation of tech talent.

- Laura Delaney, Dallas High School
- Steffan Ledgerwood, Liberty High School
- Chris Winikka, Century High School
Technology Students of the Year:
- Kylin Elliott, Hood River Valley High School
- Edward Lam, Century High School
