Here is an overview of the questions included in the Nomination form so you can better prepare for an efficient submission.


Note:  95% of the questions are required so we recommend having your information ready before you start the process to complete and submit the nomination form.

  5. In what ways does your company contribute to the local community and the broader tech ecosystem?
  6. How does your company support sustainability, ethical innovation, or social responsibility initiatives?
  7. What is your plan to attract, retain, and grow diverse talent that reflects and strengthens the demographic diversity of Oregon and SW Washington?
  8. How is your company investing in workforce development, upskilling, or leadership training?
