VP, Finance

The Position
Reporting directly to the President and working closely with the executive team and senior leaders, the VP, Finance will drive top and bottom line performance of the organization. Advising on budget, forecasting, strategic planning and KPIs, they will identify external trends and internal opportunities to guide the company in its growth goals. They will lead the Finance, Accounting and HR functions to ensure performance and compliance in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the bottom-up annual budget and ongoing re-forecasting process across the organization.
- Work across several departments to establish and continuously monitor KPIs and identify trends that help other business leaders improve performance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of the corporate reporting package.
- Prepare for and assist with required audits and tax preparation.
- Manage monthly and quarterly state sales tax filings.
- Oversee, support, and supervise the responsibilities of the Accounting, Finance, and HR Teams.
- Run point on all investor information requests and BoD reporting.
- Manage the process to negotiate vendor contracts.
- Provide financial analysis and assist with special projects as deemed necessary by the President.
- Oversee the HR team and function, including compliance, benefits, org design, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, payroll, etc.
Location: Foureyes is a remote-first company. We hire in the following states: OR, WA, MO, AZ, MN, KY, DE, MA, MD, CO, NV, PA, FL, SD, ID, TX, IN, OH, TN, MI.
- For this role, we are prioritizing candidates in the Portland, OR metro area and available to work a hybrid schedule as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting (or a related field), or equivalent job experience required.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Finance & Accounting, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience leading or collaborating closely with an HR department.
- CPA Certification a plus.
- A combination of public and full cycle GAAP accounting and/or the corporate finance function experience preferred.
- Experience in a high growth SaaS company is a plus.
- NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred.
- People management experience preferred

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary, plus bonus
