We're seeking a talented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our Robotic Tech Solutions team. You'll be the CEO of the product, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities of TPM:

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for product needs.
  • Advance product maturity through simplification, automation, and integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and reporting on product direction and progress.
  • Lead the development of organizational metrics to meet product goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholder teams to ensure commitment to goals.
  • Organize the internal team’s technical development roadmap and oversee execution, testing, and release.
  • Establish a review process to track goal statuses and progress.
  • Manage escalations and risks to deliver high-quality services; make tradeoff decisions with stakeholders.
  • Determine escalation, review process, and resolution for delivery blockers with stakeholder teams.
  • Develop clear RACI to drive accountability of each stakeholder contributor.
  • Review stakeholder team performance, timeline, and progress towards deliverables.
  • Manage Correction of Error (COE) and Lessons Learned documentation and drive follow-up actions.
  • Support Tech Deployment goals and initiatives through direct and indirect contributions.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America and EU up to 25% of the time as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical product management experience directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Proficiency in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • MS, or PhD in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading highly technical products involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
  • Experience working closely with external customers, and deploying solutions into the production environment.
