SAIF’s corporate solutions team is part of IT's enterprise solutions portfolio. Corporate solutions focuses primarily on configuring and integrating "back-office" systems supporting finance, HR, corporate services, corporate operations, and internal audit.

As the new solution delivery manager on this team, you'll ensure the team follows best practices and aligns with SAIF’s architecture, standards, methods, and procedures. You’ll guide the team to follow software development life cycle best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and support SAIF’s strategic direction. You will create and maintain the business and technology roadmaps for the corporate solutions program and products while collaborating with other leaders and stakeholders on executing these roadmaps.

To succeed, you’ll need strong communication and people leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of how to influence and balance the needs of stakeholders. You’ll also need experience in managing complex software solutions and product development initiatives. An understanding of "back office" domains, like HR and finance, and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as Workday is preferred.

The following qualifications are recommended:

Five or more years of experience managing complex software solution and product development initiatives; three or more years of supervisory experiences is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred
