The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) seeks an IS Help Desk and Field Services Technician to provide technical assistance to system users on a variety of computer related problems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices to our over 1000 end users.

The ideal candidate will have superior customer service and problem-solving skills, be detail oriented, and be able to manage their own time and many concurrent activities.  The candidate will have a broad background supporting end users’ technology needs, and basic user account administration.  This role provides support across a very broad span of technology, including Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365, Cisco Unified Communication Manager, asset inventory/management, license management, and must have extensive knowledge of desktop computer hardware and peripherals.
