Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Reports to: Vice President of Operations and Finance

Overview:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides leadership and management for the Information Technology Services units at Rogue Community College (RCC), overseeing system-wide planning, management, security, and technology coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent RCC in IT matters with federal and state agencies, corporate partners, and other educational institutions.
• Manage RCC’s ERP system, file storage, networking, information security, instructional tech, technical training, user support, and open-access computer labs.
• Develop and implement policies for information services for students, faculty, and staff.
• Review, analyze, and recommend computer-related purchases and upgrades, ensuring new applications are compatible with RCC’s systems.
• Provide leadership, budget oversight, strategic planning, and staff supervision for IT operations.
