Oregon Game Project Challenge (OGPC) Details

Get involved and sign up to volunteer to be a judge at the Oregon Game Project Challenge (OGPC) at Western Oregon University.   Volunteers are needed for the Season 18 competition.  Event details below followed by links on how you can sign up.

The Oregon Game Project Challenge (OGPC) is a one-day event where 60 middle and high school teams will come and show off games they have created. The  Season 18 competition will be held at Western Oregon University on May 10th from 9am - 3pm. Volunteers are needed for the following positions:

• Judging
• Photographer/Videographer
• Check-in
• Logistics Support

We mostly need judges. Judges work in groups (you would be paired with experienced judges) and spend about 20 minutes with each team they evaluate, testing the game and talking to the team. You do NOT need to be a game developer to judge. Judges are responsible for one category - Game Design, Programming, Theme, Management, or Art & Sound - and use a simple rubric to evaluate projects.
