Technology Association of Oregon to Host 2025 Oregon Technology Awards

TAO hosts 41^st annual Oregon Tech Awards to honor those shaping the region’s technology industry

PORTLAND, OR — The Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) is proud to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Oregon Technology Awards, an annual celebration of innovation, leadership, and excellence in Oregon’s thriving tech ecosystem. Now in its 41st year, this signature event recognizes the region’s most impactful companies, rising stars, and the educators and students shaping the future of technology.

This year’s event will take place on May 5, 2025, at OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry), bringing together industry leaders and community members for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration.

Nomination submissions have been extended and are now open through April 18, 2025. Finalists and winners will be selected across eight company categories, ranging from Pre-Revenue to Enterprise, as well as special honors for the Most Disruptive Technology, Students of the Year, and Teachers of the Year in partnership with Techstart.

Award Categories Include:

• Pre-Revenue
• Emerging ($1M–$2.99M)
• Rising Star ($3M–$9.99M)
• Accelerate ($10M–$19.99M)
• Growth ($20M–$49.99M)
• Momentum ($50M–$99.99M)
• Enterprise ($100M+)
• Most Disruptive
• Technology Teacher of the Year (3)
• Technology Student of the Year (2)

• Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Location: OMSI, 1945 SE Water Avenue, Portland, OR
• Attire: Cocktail

The evening will include a welcome reception, dinner and awards ceremony, and an after party with music, drinks, and networking opportunities. Tickets are limited and available now at the following rates:

• TAO Members: $225
• Non-Members: $275
• TAO Member Table of 10: $2,250
• Non-Member Table of 10: $2,750
