Our members can join and participate in peer groups, or Communities. These groups are built around job functions and key areas, like the Customer Success Community. This Community's work includes:
- Helping leaders in the field stay customer-focused, relevant and profitable
- Developing resources and relationships to help member companies grow exceptional CS professionals
- Providing a public exchange for sharing best practices and exploring ideas for building a culture of success into your company
- Defining and delivering customer success strategies that align with strategic plans and product roadmaps
Each Community is managed by volunteer-led committees that organize special events, projects, and outreach. TAO's Oregon Customer Success Committee (OCSC) convenes regular meetings of Customer Success leaders to further the discipline and help lead Oregon to becoming a national center of excellence in Customer Success and Client Operations.
