Our members can join and participate in small groups, or Communities. These groups are built around job functions and key areas, like Client Operations and Services Community. This Community work includes:
- Helping leaders in the field stay customer-focused, relevant and profitable
- Providing a public exchange for sharing best practices and exploring ideas
- Defining and delivering success around implementation of services within a business
Each Community is managed by volunteer-led committees that organize special events, projects and outreach. Our Client Operations and Services committee works to build relationships and leverage technology for customer success.
