WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In today’s tumultuous economic climate it has become critical to adopt creative tactics in order to grow sales.
Luckily for all of us - creativity is what Portland businesses excel at. Join Idealist Consulting at a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, May 16th from 11:30 - 1 pm they will share their own experience of scaling sales and marketing departments focusing on three specific examples:
- Developing a Client Success Manager role to maximize client lifetime value
- Adopting Marketing Automation software to allow for better tracking and engagement
- Getting into clear rhythm between sales and marketing about who does what and how to handle inbound vs. outbound leads.
You will learn what went wrong (and right) along the way and recommendations for rolling out similar initiatives at your company, all in the name of sales growth. We’ll leave plenty of time for Q&A and your own stories too!
